Monday

6:30pm Relaxation Yoga at Harwell Village Hall – drop in £10, class pass of 6 classes for £45 available here

In this class we will combine Yin and restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork and Yoga Nidra for a truly relaxing experience. This style of yoga is floor-based, with all poses seated or lying down, and held for up to 5 minutes. Studies have shown these styles of yoga help improve mental wellbeing, insomnia and chronic illnesses such as EDS, POTs and arthritis.

Suitable for any level of yoga experience.

Wednesday

6:10pm Vinyasa (Level 1/2) at Living Saucha – book here

This class will be my signature vinyasa style! We start off with grounding, floor based postures, rising up to a warrior flow, before returning back down for a cool down and Savasana. The class will consist of yogic philosophy, pranayama, and a specific, creative sequence of poses which flow smoothly from one to the next, designed to strengthen and loosen the body, open the heart, and calm the mind, all combined with an awesome playlist!

This class is aimed at yogis with some experience of yoga, however it is open to all and instructions will be given for beginners and experienced alike.
