Tonight was the last Relaxation Yoga and Meditation class of 2017, well done to all who came on taking some time out in this busy time to focus on yourselves! I hope you all feel chilled out and ready to take on the festivities.

I would like to thank everyone who’s come to one of my classes this year. It’s truly an honour and a blessing to have such dedicated and lovely yogis attending my classes. Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas! See you in the New Year.
