Yoga therapy mini-retreat at the yurt

This is an opportunity to invest in your mental and physical wellbeing, adding skills to your toolkit for positive health.

Jo will guide you through gentle yoga āsāna and pranayama, followed by mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra, designed to provide deep rest and relaxation. We will also explore the positive benefits of journalling and CBT techniques for improving our wellbeing.

Tea, coffee and other drinks will be provided, along with snacks and a little gift to help you on your positive wellbeing journey!
