Relaxation yoga classes every Tuesday evening
After the success of the first Relaxation yoga class this week, class will run weekly on Tuesday evenings at the All Saints Community Centre in Roman Place. Expect calming meditation, a gentle yoga flow, and a guided relaxation to finish!
